Return & Refund Policy

All SIILK purchases come with a 30 day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Because this is a personal grooming device, we are unable to accept returns on units that have been used, for hygiene reasons. Faulty or damaged items are the exception and are accepted regardless of use.

To start a return, contact us at support@siilkbody.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, in which case we cover it.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Exchanges are available within the same 30 day window, following the same condition requirements.
