Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.

Domestic (Australia): standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days.

International: standard shipping takes 7 to 14 business days. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes collected at checkout or on delivery, depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. SIILK is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the order has left our warehouse.
